AVOCA, Penn. - Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) today inaugurates low-cost, nonstop flights between Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton, Penn. and Orlando, Fla., via Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). The company, known for its exceptional travel deals, will offer fares as low as $99.99* one way between the two cities, as well as offer travelers hotel and air packages as low as $290 per person for three nights at the International Palms Orlando.

The new flights will operate twice weekly between Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (AVP) and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), beginning June 21, 2012. Allegiant will offer the only nonstop, commercial jet service to Orlando.
