US AIRWAYS' COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AVP
Avoca, PA (November 13, 2006) -- US Airways' AVP station was an example of the company's commitment to customer service, when AVP agent Colleen Rought was awarded the $10,000 grand prize for the best customer service in their entire system.

The prize was a result of numerous comment cards begin sent to US Airways corporate headquarters praising her customer service.
