The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport's Bi-County Airport Board for Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties is accepting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from Firms or Groups interested in performing Engineering/Design, Bid and Construction Phase Services for two projects at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport:

Taxiway B Extension (Runway 22 Approach End) Project
Rehabilitate Airline Apron and Install PAPI Runway 10 Project

Consultants must secure the Project(s) description "Request for Statements of Qualifications and Experience" Package(s) from the Airport Director's Office, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, 100 Terminal Drive, Suite 1, Avoca, PA 18641, available from the Airport on on after Wednesday, March 14, 2012, telephone 570-602-2000.

Statements of Qualifications must be received by 4:30 PM local time on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at the Airport Director's Office, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, 100 Terminal Drive, Suite 1, Avoca, PA 18641.

The Counties of Luzerne and Lackawanna, doing business as the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, have established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. The Airport's FAA-approved DBE overall goal for FY 2012 is 2.3% of the federal financial assistance we will expend on FAA DOT-assisted contracts.
