| The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport's Bi-County Board of
Commissioners for Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties will receive
sealed Bids
for the Supply and Delivery of Urea Runway DeIcer/Anti-Icer. Bids will be received at the Office of the Airport Director, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, 100 Terminal Drive, Avoca, PA 18641, until 9:30 AM local time, Wednesday, November 9, 2011. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that same day and time at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport. The Bi-County Board of Commissioners of Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all informalities or irregularities in the bidding, in connection therewith at their discretion. All bidders are advised the Airport will ensure that minority-owned businesses are equally afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and that no person, company or organization will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, religion, sex, color or national origin in consideration for an award.
