The Bi-County Airport Board of Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties will receive
Bids
for Airport Window Cleaning Services. Bids will be received at the Office of the Airport Director, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, 100 Terminal Drive, Avoca, PA 18641, until 3:00 PM local time, Friday, December 14, 2012. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 3:30 PM local time on Friday, December 14, 2012 at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Terminal Building. Copies of the bidding documents and specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Airport Director, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, 100 Terminal Drive, Suite 1, Avoca, PA 18641, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM local time, by calling (570) 602-2005, or downloaded below. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, December 7, 2012, at 10:00 AM local time at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Terminal Building. Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a "Bid Guaranty" in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The Bi-County Airport Board of Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any and all informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
