The Bi-County Airport Board of Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties will receive
Bids
for an Airport Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC)
System Maintenance Service Contract. Bids will be received at the Office of the Airport Director, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, 100 Terminal Drive, Avoca, PA 18641, until 10:30 AM local time, Friday, January 11, 2013. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that same day and time at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Terminal Building. Copies of the bidding documents and specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Airport Director, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, 100 Terminal Drive, Suite 1, Avoca, PA 18641, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM local time, by calling (570) 602-2005, or downloaded below. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, December 21, 2012, at 10:30 AM local time at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Terminal Building. Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a "Bid Guaranty" in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). The Bi-County Airport Board of Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any and all informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
