Bi-County Airport Board

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport is owned and operated by the Counties of Lackawanna and Luzerne in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Airport is a governmental subdivision controlled by six (6) Commissioners: three from Lackawanna County and three from Luzerne County who preside as the Airport Board of Commissioners.
